Unfortunately all of our shoes, even if they're the same brand or type of shoe are sized individually. You want to make sure you look at the "sizing" tab for the suggested fit on each item. For this shoe, a child's 2.5 you would need to convert into an adult size (by adding 2). Then you would look at the fit. The recommended fit is to order same as street size. That would mean that after going up to a 4.5 you would stay ordering a 4.5. Though we cannot guarantee sizing, that is our best recommendation.
